The missile was fired from an AN/TWQ-1 Avenger air defense system with Echo Battery, 6th Battalion, 52nd Air Defense Artillery Regiment during an integrated air and missile defense live-fire event as part of Exercise Balikatan 2026, at Naval Station Leovigildo Gantioqui, Philippines, April 27, 2026.
