U.S. Air Force Airman 1st Class Jesse Ragan, an electrical power production technician assigned to the 554th Rapid Engineer Deployable Heavy Operations Repair Squadron Engineers, records data to ensure no major fluctuations in the generator that powers the Reverse Osmosis Water Purification Unit (ROWPU) at Pao Pao Beach, Saipan, Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands (CNMI), April 28, 2026. The ROWPU was established to provide usable potable water service for distribution in the aftermath of Typhoon Sinlaku.
