Charles Stimpson, assigned to 1st Battalion, 12th Cavalry Regiment, during a visit to Camp Herkus at Pabradė Training Area, Lithuania, April 29, 2026. Holland recognized Stimpson during a tour of U.S. barracks and the unit motor pool with Lithuanian Armed Forces Command Sgt. Maj. Darius Masiulis. The visit highlighted U.S. and Lithuanian cooperation and continued support for U.S. rotational forces stationed in Lithuania.
