A U.S. Marine Corps Joint Light Tactical Vehicle assigned to 1st Marine Logistics Group is driven out of a v-ditch as part of a JLTV course on Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, California, April 28, 2026. The eight-day course integrates classroom instruction on vehicle characteristics and safety with hands-on training for maintenance and component identification. Students subsequently master basic maneuvers on a cone-skill course and navigate diverse terrain across Camp Pendleton to gain comprehensive operational experience to be certified as a JLTV operator.
