CAMP JOSEPH T. ROBINSON, NORTH LITTLE ROCK, Ark. -- Arkansas Dept. of the Military employee Kevin Shaffer installs a plaque April 29, 2026, that honors Pfc. James Reginato who was injured by enemy fire in Mignano, Italy, on Dec. 15, 1943. He succumbed to his injuries two days later on Dec. 17, 1943. Col. Matt Anderson spent two years conducting research on his own time, finding six Soldiers to add to the memorial.
