U.S. Soldiers assigned to Task Force Saber utilize a tactical operations center during Exercise Balikatan 2026 near Cagayan North International Airport, Lal-lo, Philippines, April 21, 2026. Task Force Saber planned the long-range maritime air assault training event and acted as the rear detachment support for the ground force team.
