U.S. Coast Guard service members, friends, and family of Petty Officer 2nd Class Tyler Jaggers, an aviation survival technician, honor his memory during his dignified transfer from Joint Base Lewis-McChord, Washington, to Joint Base Andrews, Maryland, March 25, 2026. Jaggers died March 5 from injuries sustained during the rescue of a distressed mariner aboard a commercial vessel off the Washington coast Feb. 27.
