Zachary Clark, assigned to Ticonderoga-class guided-missile cruiser USS Chosin (CG 65), takes the oath of office after a promotion ceremony, April 20, 2026. Chosin, part of the Theodore Roosevelt Carrier Strike Group, is underway in the U.S. 3rd Fleet area of operation conducting advanced training to bolster strike group readiness and capability.
