A large group of runners participates in an organized road race or fun run across a bridge in what appears to be Honolulu, Hawaii, based on the urban skyline, palm trees, and tropical vegetation. The majority of participants are wearing matching white t-shirts featuring a red and black graphic design, suggesting a sponsored or themed event. The race takes place on a sunny day with clear blue skies, with a waterway visible on the right side of the bridge.

Service members and family members based in Hawaii, including sailors assigned to the guided-missile destroyer USS Michael Murphy (DDG 112), named after Lt. (SEAL) Michael P. Murphy, participate in a five-mile formation run from Ala Moana Park to the Operation Red Wings Medal of Honor Park. The run commemorated the 8th anniversary of the event that claimed the lives of 11 SEALs, including Lt. Murphy, and eight soldiers from the U.S. Army 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment (Airborne) in Afghanistan's Hindu Kush during the Operation Red Wings.
