Soldiers of the Basic Leader Course Graduation Class 002-26 participate in the invocation given by Maj. Colin Lau, chaplain, at the graduation ceremony in the Sgt. Deyson Cariaga Auditorium in Waimanalo, Hawaii, April 25, 2026. The Basic Leader Course is a 22 academic day, 169 hour program that focuses on six Leader Core Competencies including readiness, leadership, training management, communication, operations, and program management, and is designed to build basic leader and trainer skills necessary to lead a team element while providing a foundation for continued development along the Professional Military Education learning continuum.
