Feguson earned the award for actions taken while serving as the Deputy Chief of Staff for Operations and Plans, Naval Medical Forces Atlantic, Portsmouth, Virginia from August 2021 to May 2026. Captain Ferguson led enterprise-wide operational integration in support of the Navy Medicine Campaign Plan, synchronizing execution across 21 subordinate commands to advance Man, Train, and Equip imperatives and deliver a ready medical force.
