U.S. Sailors assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 11, stand at parade rest during an award ceremony on Camp Hansen, Okinawa, Japan, April 22, 2026. 5th Air Naval Gunfire Liaison Company leadership recognized the Sailors of NMCB 11 for constructing a tactical operations center 48 hours ahead of schedule.
