YOKOSUKA, Japan (April 22, 2026) – Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka Safety Department representative advises a pedestrian to remove their headphones while approaching a crosswalk during a traffic safety engagement at Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka on April 22,2026. Removing headphones helps increase situational awareness and allows pedestrians to better hear oncoming traffic and warning signals.
