Saipan, CNMI (April 22, 2026) - FEMA generators are flown into Saipan from Guam and Hawaii. When they arrive at Saipan Airport they are driven to the Port Authority and tested and prepped for distribution across the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands in response to Super Typhoon Sinlaku.
