U.S. Army Sgt. Seth A Steele, assigned to the 2nd Infantry Division ROK-U.S. Combined Division, presents his innovation topic, "Fixed Wing ISR," at the Pacific Victors Innovation event, which is an Eighth Army initiative designed to bring Soldiers' ideas and innovations to light through further experimentation, development, manufacturing, and implementation. During the Fiscal Year 2026 event, held at Eighth Army Headquarters on Camp Humphreys, South Korea, April 21, 2026, eight out of nine contestants briefed their proposals to an eight-member panel.
