U.S. Army Green Beret from 7th Special Forces Group (Airborne) conducts medical training with the Salvadoran Comando Terrorista Antiterrorista (CEAT) Soldiers in Ilopango, El Salvador on April 17, 2026. This training enables Soldiers to quickly address critical injuries in the proper order and improve a casualty’s outcome of life in the battlefield. CG 26, an annual, multinational exercise, brings together military and security personnel from El Salvador, Honduras, Guatemala, Costa Rica, Belize, the Dominican Republic, and the United States, ensuring seamless interoperability in times of crisis and contingency response while also demonstrating a united front against shared regional security challenges.
