U.S. Marine Corps Sgt. Isaac Cisneros, the training noncommissioned officer in charge with 1st Medical Battalion, 1st Marine Logistics Group, poses for a photo on Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, California, April 10, 2026. Cisneros distinguished himself by leading weapons familiarization training for 216 Marines and Sailors, directly enhancing operational readiness. As a Texas native and a utilities systems technician, he has consistently dedicated himself to reinforcing the proficiency of the weapons his Marines and Sailors use during live-fire training.
“The thing that inspires me is watching younger Marines and Sailors here in this unit grow and develop—not only by taking their own initiative, but also when they reach out to me for PME (Professional Military Education) or just for guidance or leadership,” said Cisneros. “That’s one of the biggest driving factors that motivates me to get up in the morning and stay focused on the work I do here.” (U.S. Marine Corps photo by Cpl.
