A Civil Affairs soldier assigned to 3rd Special Forces Group (Airborne) carries an Ivorian special operations soldier while conducting a Tactical Combat Casualty Care demonstration during Flintlock 26 at an Ivorian training facility in Côte d’Ivoire, April 16, 2026. Since 2005, Flintlock has served as U.S. Africa Command’s premier annual special operations exercise.
