Reserve Airmen assigned to the 624th Aeromedical Staging Squadron assemble a medical treatment facility during an En Route Patient Staging System exercise at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii, April 12, 2026. Members constructed and configured the expeditionary shelter to support patient care operations in a deployed environment. This training enhanced readiness and reinforced the squadron’s ability to rapidly establish critical medical capabilities wherever the mission requires.
