Jenny Martin, Nuclear Ops Training and Resources Branch Head at Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility uses straps to maneuver a section of pipe during a training exercise with the Executive Leadership Development (EDP) Cadre A 2026 and rigging trainers on March 24, 2026. The exercise provides a glimpse into the multi-year training pipeline that develops skilled riggers and gives future leaders a perspective of the craft that is a staple of shipyard life.
