The visit to PHNSY & IMF was part of a "Get Real, Get Better" workshop, focusing on discussions with the workforce about self-assessment and removing barriers to improvement. PHNSY & IMF’s mission is to keep the Navy’s fleet “Fit to Fight” by repairing, maintaining, and modernizing the Navy's fast-attack submarines and surface ships.
