YOKOSUKA, Japan (April 13, 2026) - Fleet and Family Support Center hosted a Military Retirement Symposium at the Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka (CFAY) Officer’s Club. This symposium is a structured program designed to assist service members and their families in preparing for retirement and covers topics such as benefits, financial planning, healthcare, and transitioning to civilian employment to ensure a smooth transition to civilian life. For more than 75 years, CFAY has provided, maintained, and operated base facilities and services in support of the U.S. 7th Fleet’s forward-deployed naval forces, tenant commands, and thousands of military and civilian personnel and their families.
