Jon Hopkins, Commander, Fleet Activities Yokosuka (CFAY) gives a speech to students from Yokosuka Middle School during the National Junior Honor Society induction ceremony at CFAY, April 9, 2026. Sixty-seven Yokosuka Middle School students were inducted into the National Junior Honor Society, which recognizes excellence in scholarship, leadership, service, character and citizenship.
