Michael Richman, the Deputy Director for Regional Strike Systems at Portfolio Acquisition Executive (PAE) Strategic Systems Programs (SSP), addresses the nuclear-armed sea-launched cruise missile (SLCM-N) workforce during the recognition of the program's second anniversary in Washington, D.C., on March 23, 2026.
