Jeff Bishop, Missouri National Guard chief of the joint staff and director of staff-air, presents a briefing on the role of military public affairs during a subject matter expert exchange held in Panama City, Feb. 24, 2026. Bishop was one of five public affairs professionals with the Missouri National Guard who traveled to Panama in support of the U.S. National Guard's State Partnership Program, through which Missouri and Panama have collaborated on numerous exchanges aimed at building knowledge and strengthening capabilities.
