Cmdr. Steven J. Stasick addresses sailors assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion (NMCB) 11 and guests for the first time as Commander of NMCB-11 during a Change of Command ceremony on Naval Construction Battalion Center, Gulfport in which Stasick relieved Cmdr. Lore Aguayo. NMCB 11 is a Seabee battalion specializing in contingency construction, disaster response, and humanitarian assistance. The battalion is home-ported in Gulfport, Miss.
