Commander of the German Contingent assigned to Kosovo Force (KFOR) Col. Thomas Radtke conducted a change of command ceremony between outgoing task force commander Lt. Col. Raik Marvin Ebel to Lt. Col. Dominik Westhoff at Camp Bondsteel, Kosovo, March 21, 2026. KFOR continues to implement its mandate - based on UN Security Council Resolution 1244 of 1999 - to contribute to a safe and secure environment for all people living in Kosovo and freedom of movement, at all times and impartially.
