We had the chance to send off Col. Ferdinand Bacomo, our Deputy Commander of Clinical Services, with a small “going away” ceremony here at Blanchfield Army Community Hospital. Col. Bacomo has been an incredible part of Team BACH—not just as a physician, but as a leader and Officer who truly cared about both patients and staff. His steady leadership and genuine compassion made a lasting impact across our hospital. We’re definitely going to miss him around here, but we’re grateful for everything he’s done for our team and our community. Wishing Col. Bacomo and his family all the best in what’s next—thank you for everything, sir!
