U.S. Air National Guard Airman 1st Class Glini Retana and Senior Airmen Lezlii Pachechocontreras, security forces specialists with the 103d Security Forces Squadron, fit a specialized security forces helmet on a young visitor at a "Women Take Flight" event on March 14, 2025 in Windsor Locks, Connecticut. By giving young people the chance to speak with aviation professionals and learn about the various career options that are out there, the Women Take Flight Event helps open doors that many young people have not previously considered.
