U.S. Navy Petty Officer 1st Class Ryan Bobadilla, a field medical service technician with 1st Medical Battalion, 1st Marine Logistics Group, is recognized for his hard work as the tactical resuscitation training program manager for combat skills training school on Marine Corps Base Camp Pendleton, California, April 2, 2026. Bobadilla, a native of, Oklahoma, verified and updated tactical combat casualty care readiness for 216 Marines and Sailors while also expanding the TCCC training regimen to better prepare personnel to respond to medical emergencies during operations.
