Brig. Gen. Christine A. Beeler, capability program executive for the U.S. Army's Capability Program Executive Simulation, Training, Test and Threat (CPE ST3), signs an official Sexual Harassment/Assault Response and Prevention (SHARP) proclamation at CPE ST3 headquarters on April 2, 2026. Beeler signed the proclamation to re-emphasize CPE ST3’s commitment to ending the threat of sexual harassment and assault within the Army and providing survivors with the level of support they need. April is designated as Sexual Assault Awareness and Prevention Month, and the Army’s SHARP program promotes cultural change across the Army, with a vision toward a culture of discipline and respect in which Soldiers intervene in sexual harassment and sexual assault to protect one another.
