    U.S. Army 2nd Lt. Korrie Drakes and Spc. Zachary Hall with the 130th Maneuver Enhancement Brigade and 315th Engineer Battalion, assigned to Joint Task Force-Southern Border, operate a Skydio X10 small unmanned aircraft system in Del Rio, Texas, March 31, 2026. The Soldiers use the Skydio X10 to detect illegal aliens attempting to cross the U.S. Southern Border. U.S. Northern Command is working side-by-side with the Department of Homeland Security and the U.S. Customs and Border Protection within narrowly defined authorities to provide unique military capabilities to protect the territorial integrity of the U.S. southern border.
