Test personnel recover deployed parachutes of the Orion Space Capsule's Capsule Parachute Assembly System (CPAS) after a developmental test at U.S. Army Yuma Proving Ground (YPG) on March 8, 2017. The system was rigorously evaluated at YPG in multiple developmental tests between 2011 and 2018.
