"I look forward to being a part of the first all-National Guard team to take part in the Lacerda Cup," he said. "It's a huge honor and I'm excited to see different styles of martial arts blended into combatives."
An Army National Guard team, comprised of Pennsylvania, Ohio, and District of Columbia National Guardsmen, have just finished their two-week training camp at Fort Indiantown Gap, Pennsylvania, and will now be moving into their week of assessment before heading to the championship tournament.
