A capsized panga is discovered by the crew of Coast Guard Cutter Tampa (WMEC 902) during an interdiction in the Eastern Pacific Ocean, March 23, 2026. Tampa’s crew interdicted a fishing vessel with multiple pangas that were in tow or found nearby, seizing approximately 1,700 pounds of cocaine valued at more than $12.7 million in support of Operation Pacific Viper.
