Today a proclamation was signed by COL Consedine, Mr. Benson and SGM Rickert, declaring April as Alcohol Awareness Month. This action, an Army-wide initiative, reaffirms CCAD’s commitment to the health, readiness, and resilience of every Soldier, Family Member, and Civilian who supports the depot’s mission. Alcohol misuse affects reach far beyond the individual, undermining unit strength, installation safety, and the health of our community. Addressing alcohol misuse is a shared responsibility rooted in CCAD’s values of loyalty, duty, respect, and personal courage. Alcohol and Suicide Prevention Program Coordinator Krista Maya and Assistant Drug Testing Coordinator Yvette Deleon were on hand to share in the moment.
