U.S. Air Force Col. Johnathan Eccles, 81st Training Wing deputy commander, presents a certificate to Senior Airman Jason Siacunco, 81st TRW Religious Affairs airman, during the Warrior of the Week presentation at Keesler Air Force Base, Mississippi, March 25, 2026. Siacunco consistently exceeds the high standards of the Chaplain Corps, demonstrating exceptional leadership and unwavering dedication as a Religious Affairs Airman at the Fishbowl Student Ministry Center. His efforts have been pivotal in supporting the well-being of trainees at Keesler AFB. As a Resilience Training Assistant, he equipped 22 students with critical re-framing skills, empowering them to manage stress, build mental fortitude, and enhance their performance in high-pressure environments. A dedicated mentor within the White Rope program, he has guided numerous joint service members, provided crucial support during counseling sessions, and skillfully intervened in crisis and suicidal ideation situations. Furthermore, he is advancing his education as a first-semester student in the Master of Theological Studies program at the University of San Diego. Siacunco’s proactive leadership and holistic approach to Airman development have been instrumental in building a culture of connection, diligence, and virtue across the entire Wing.
