March 15-19, 2026, fifty-seven International Military Students from 49 allied and partner nations recently concluded a weeklong field studies program in Washington, D.C. As a culminating event for the Sergeants Major Course, the visit immersed the senior enlisted leaders in U.S. history and governance and included meetings with senior military leadership, like Sergeant Major of the Army Michael R. Weimer. This initiative is key to building enduring relationships, reinforcing professional development, and strengthening collective security.
