NAVAL BASE POINT LOMA, Calif. (March 4, 2026) – The Honorable Benjamin C. Kohlmann, Assistant Secretary of the Navy for Manpower and Reserve Affairs, middle, meets with leadership during a visit to Naval Base Point Loma, March 4, 2026. Commander, Submarine Squadron (CSS) 11 is home to four Los Angeles-class fast-attack submarines, capable of supporting various missions, including anti-submarine warfare, anti-ship warfare, strike warfare and intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance.
