(March 18, 2026) Emergency room staff review test-patient medical records and triage tags for simulated casualties at Naval Medical Center Portsmouth (NMCP) during a mass casualty exercise, March 18, 2026. Navy Medicine Readiness and Training Command (NMRTC) Portsmouth conducted the drill so that its personnel are prepared if a mass casualty response if needed.
