A U.S. Soldier assigned to 1st Battalion, 12th Cavalry Regiment secures silver spurs onto 1st Lt. Sandy Singh boots while she assumes the front leaning rest position during a spur ride ceremony at Camp Herkus, Pabradė Training Area, Lithuania, March 22, 2026. Nearly 300 soldiers from the U.S., Croatia, Czech Republic, Norway, and the Netherlands endured the physical and mental challenges of the cavalry's tradition for more than 30-hours to earn their spurs.
