Naval Air Crewman (Helicopter) 2nd Class Richard Cecil conducts a hoisting exercise from an MV-22 Osprey, attached to Marine Medium Tiltrotor Squadron (VMM) 265, on the aircraft elevator of America-class amphibious assault ship USS Tripoli (LHA 7), Mar. 15, 2026. Tripoli is currently underway conducting routine operations in the U.S. 7th Fleet area of operations.
