U.S. Space Force’s Space Systems Command (SSC) STEM Team participates in Onizuka Space Days at El Camino College in Torrance, Calif. on March 14, 2026. New York University Tisch-trained actor and SSC STEM specialist Nicole Tibbetts, led two interactive classroom sessions focused on rocketry, USSF satellite systems, and SSC launch capabilities. Each session hosted 35 students and 15 parents from the local community. Onizuka Space Days honors the memory of NASA astronaut and U.S. Air Force Test Pilot, Lt. Col. Ellison Onizuka.
