An F-22 Raptor assigned to the 411th Flight Test Squadron, Air Dominance Combined Test Force, prepares for a morning test mission on the Edwards flightline on Feb. 20, 2026. While operating some of the oldest aircraft in the fleet, Edwards F-22 aircraft contain a variety of special instrumentation, highlighted by the orange wiring, that allows new capability to be safety tested and integrated for the warfighter.
