GULFPORT, Miss. — Hospital Corpsman 1st Class Kevin D. Justice, assigned to Naval Construction Group (NCG) 2, coaching Information Technician 2nd Class Timothy Carter, assigned to 7th Naval Construction Regiment (7NCR), on life-saving casualty responses during a Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) training course March 12, 2026. The Seabees have always maintained a high level of combat readiness, both active and reserves, this ongoing training allows the U.S. Navy to receive the most up-to-date practices for our Navy’s combat direction.
