A delegation from the Security Service of Ukraine’s (SBU) Cyber Security Situation Centre visits the DoD Cyber Crime Center (DC3) in Linthicum, Md., [Date of Visit]. The Ukrainian delegation, which included Colonel Andrii Okaievych, Head of the Cyber Security Situation Center; Colonel Maksym Skrypnyk, Head of the Cyber Forensics Laboratory; Major Ruslan Diachuk, Senior Technical Expert; and Mr. Oleksii Hichko, Counselor for the Embassy of Ukraine, met with DC3 leadership to discuss digital forensic laboratory workflows. The engagement was driven by the SBU's goal of enhancing its capabilities against persistent cyber threats and offers DC3 a unique opportunity to gain intelligence on adversary tactics, techniques, and procedures from an active conflict zone.
