Coleman Jr., the command chief warrant officer of the Pinellas Park, Fla., based Army Reserve Medical Command, at the rear of the group, pull a rope in unison during a tug of war competition conducted at a Holistic Health and Fitness, or H2F, event during the AR-MEDCOM Warrant Officer Symposium held at the unit location in the C.W. Bill Young Armed Forces Reserve Center, March 7, 2026. In addition to the peer discussions and scenario-based exercises of the symposium, an H2F event was also conducted to foster camaraderie and esprit de corps among more than 90 warrant officers, spanning myriad organizations throughout the Army Reserve.
