Italian Air Force members assigned to the 46 Air Brigade, cook for the staff and fellow students of the Advanced Airlift Tactics Training Center, while attending the Advanced Tactics Airlift Course at Rosecrans Air National Guard Base, in St. Joseph, Missouri, March 6, 2026. It’s been a tradition for Italian aircrews to cook for the school house ever since the first crew from Italy cooked for the AATTC in 1992. The mission of the AATTC, is to increase the warfighting effectiveness and survivability of mobility forces. Since 1983 the AATTC has provided advanced tactical training to mobility aircrews from the Air National Guard, Air Force Reserve Command, Air Mobility Command, Air Combat Command, Air Force Special Operations Command, United States Marine Corps, and 17 allied nations.
