Logistics Specialist 2nd Class Alfredo Bricenoz, assigned to 7th Naval Construction Regiment (7NCR), is simulating an airway assessment on a dummy during a Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) Tier 2 training course March 12, 2026.
The Naval Construction Group 2 (NCG 2) medical staff regularly conduct Tactical Combat Casualty Care (TCCC) training for the U.S. Navy Seabee units. The TCCC Tier 2 course is a 40-hour, advanced field medical training and is required every three years, or within 12 months of mobilization or deployment.
The Seabees have always maintained a high level of combat readiness, both active and reserves, this ongoing training allows the U.S. Navy to receive the most up-to-date practices for our navy’s combat direction. By prioritizing hands-on training and technical accountability, the 7NCR fosters a "Wartime Footing" that scales elite talent and optimizes the quality of service for every sailor and marine. This commitment ensures that our forces remain lethal, innovative, and prepared to win in any contested environment. (U.S. Navy photo by Mass Communication Specialist 1st Class Jenny L.
