A Kenya Defence Forces veterinarian administers medication to local livestock during a two-day Justified Accord 2026 Veterinary Civic Action Program (VETCAP) at Archers Post, Kenya, Mar. 10, 2026. The week prior, veterinarians conducted a three-day K9 Tactical Combat Casualty Care course at the Humanitarian Peace Support School in Nairobi, Kenya, strengthening skills in military and civilian animal health.
JA26 increases multinational interoperability in support of humanitarian assistance and crisis response, prepares regional partners for United Nations and African Union missions, and builds readiness for the U.S. joint force.
